Who We Are

Sellers Push ("we", "us", "our") is an independent web design practice operated by its founder from Maharashtra, India. We design and build brand websites for Amazon sellers. You can reach us any time at info@sellerspush.com.

What We Collect

The Push Roadmap: your email address, when you request the free guide.
Contact: your name, email address, which package you are asking about, and your message, when you write to us.
Booking a call: your name, email address, your store or website link, a rough monthly sales range, where you are off Amazon today, which package you are asking about, and anything you want us to be ready for.
The chat assistant: the messages you type, the email address you give it if you choose to leave one, and your IP address. If you ask it for the Push Roadmap, that email address joins the guide list like any other request.
Email links: the links in our guide series emails pass through our own site on the way to the page, and we record which link you clicked and when. That is the whole of it: there are no tracking pixels, and we cannot see whether an email was opened, only that a link in it was used.
Technical data: standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) kept by our hosting provider, and the analytics data described below.

That is the full list. We have no accounts, no checkout, and no payment processing on this site.

How We Use It

To deliver the Push Roadmap to your inbox after you request it.
To reply when you contact us or book a call.
To send a short series of six emails after the guide, each one walking through a piece of building a brand off Amazon, followed by the occasional note worth reading. This only ever happens if you requested the guide. Every one of these emails has an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing takes one click. The links in them record the click on their way through, which is how we see which emails were worth your time.
To answer your questions in the chat assistant, and to read conversations back later so we can improve the answers on the site.
To understand how the site is used, in aggregate, so we can improve it.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Not to advertisers, not to data brokers, not to anyone.

The Chat Assistant

There is an assistant in the corner of this site that answers questions about what we do. It is software, not a person, and it is worth knowing exactly how it works before you use it.

Your messages leave our server. To write each reply, the conversation is sent to our AI provider, Anthropic, whose Claude model generates the answer. We send the messages in the conversation and, if you gave one, your email address. We do not send your name or anything else you have not typed.
We keep a copy. Conversations are stored on our own server for 90 days so we can see which questions keep coming up and answer them better on the site. After that they are deleted automatically.
The email box is optional. The assistant offers to take your email address at the start in case the chat drops and we need to follow up. You can skip it and the assistant works exactly the same. Leaving it there does not sign you up for anything: the guide series only starts if you actually ask for the Push Roadmap.
Please do not type anything confidential. Account credentials, financial records, or anything you would not put in an ordinary email do not belong in a chat window. For anything sensitive, book a call instead.

Cookies and Analytics

This site sets no advertising or marketing cookies, and nothing here follows you around the internet.

What it does set is small and functional. If you use the chat assistant, we set one first-party cookie holding a random id, so separate conversations from the same browser group together when we read them back. It expires after 7 days and contains nothing about you. The site also uses your browser's own storage to remember things like an open conversation or a message you have already dismissed, so they survive moving between pages. Both are cleared whenever you clear your browser data.

We use Google Analytics to understand aggregate usage: which pages are read and where visitors come from. Analytics tells us about pages, not about you as a person. It runs on the live site only, so nothing is recorded while we are building.

Our use of cookies may change over time, including for advertising or measurement purposes. Any such change will be reflected in this policy before it takes effect. You can block or delete cookies in your browser at any time and the site will keep working. Some browsers send a Do Not Track signal; this site does not track visitors across other websites, so there is no cross-site tracking for that signal to disable.

Who Processes Your Data

A small number of service providers process data on our behalf, each only for its own job:

Our hosting provider serves the website and keeps standard server logs.
Our email service sends and receives our email, including the guide delivery.
Our AI provider generates the chat assistant's replies. This is Anthropic, named here rather than described generically because your own words are what reach it.
Our analytics service provides aggregate site statistics.
Our scheduling service handles bookings when you book a call and asks only what booking needs.

The specific providers may change as the business grows. The roles above stay the same, and every provider only ever receives what its job requires.

How Long We Keep It

Only as long as it serves the purpose you gave it for.

Chat conversations: 90 days, then deleted automatically.
The chat cookie: 7 days.
Email addresses and enquiries: for as long as we are in touch, or until you ask us to remove them.
Email link clicks: kept alongside your email address, and removed with it whenever your details are removed.
Unsubscribes: when you unsubscribe we keep a record of that fact, and nothing else, so the list cannot email you again by accident.

If you want your details corrected or deleted entirely, write to info@sellerspush.com and we will do it promptly.

Your Choices

Unsubscribe from emails with the link in any email we send.
Ask what information we hold about you.
Ask us to correct or delete it, including any chat conversation.
Skip the chat assistant's email box, or skip the assistant entirely.

One email to info@sellerspush.com covers all three.

Children

This site and our services are for business owners. They are not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child, we will delete it promptly. If you believe a child has provided us information, write to info@sellerspush.com.

Where We Operate

We operate from India. The providers listed above may process data on servers in other countries, including the United States, under their own security and privacy commitments.

Changes to This Policy

If this policy changes, we update this page and the date at the top. We will not quietly weaken the promises made here.
